What does it cost to join NovaBizBook as a provider? +
Nothing. Joining is $0 a month, and you pay only when we bring you a new customer. That one-time fee is 20% of their first completed booking, with a $5 minimum and a $50 cap.
When do I actually pay the success fee? +
Only after a new customer we brought you completes their first visit. If the job is cancelled or the customer no-shows, no fee is owed. Returning visits from that same customer are free forever.
What counts as a new customer? +
A customer you have never served before who books you through NovaBizBook. Your existing clients and repeat visits never trigger a fee.
Do I need to pay to receive customer requests? +
No. You can receive customer requests without a NovaBizBook account and without paying anything. The success fee applies only when a new customer you accept completes a first visit.
Can customers still pay me directly? +
Yes. Payments stay between you and your customer, in your own merchant or payment setup. NovaBizBook never holds or collects your customer funds.
