The service
NovaBizBook connects customers with local service providers. Customers can book a partner provider instantly online, or request any provider and NovaBizBook arranges the appointment with them directly. A booking through NovaBizBook does not make NovaBizBook a party to the services the provider performs.
Provider fees
Joining NovaBizBook as a provider is free. Providers pay a one-time success fee of 20% (minimum $5, maximum $50) on the first completed visit from each new customer NovaBizBook brings them. Returning visits from that customer are free.
Communications and SMS
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
When you opt in to text updates you may receive booking texts. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
